Session Rescheduling & Cancellations:
- Sessions can be scheduled with whichever therapist is available.
- Any missed sessions must be rescheduled within the same month.
- If you are more than 10 mins late for a session, only the remaining time of your appointment will be given.
The services must be used within 45 days of the first session taken. Services that are not used within 40 days will not be reimbursed or rescheduled.
Cancellations made within 24 hours depend upon the availability of the professionals. If appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance cannot be rescheduled due to appointment availability, the clinic is not liable. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of payment, and can be reimbursed.
If all the package sessions are not taken within 45 days a new package will have to be taken.
Phone calls & messages:
Messages and phone calls will be taken between 9 am and 6 pm. All the calls or messages reaching us at these hours will be responded within 48hrs by our experts. If there is a medical emergency please contact Mediclinic City Hospital directly.
Changes in terms & conditions:
Terms and conditions are subject to change. Amendments to the terms & conditions can be made to meet the evolving requirements of the clinic policies or in accordance with the changes in the present UAE laws. All such amendments in the terms & conditions will be done with a notice of 15 days.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions:
By signing the terms & conditions means that you have gone through all the terms & conditions carefully, and you are accepting all the above-mentioned terms and conditions and also consenting to the therapy your child will receive.
